At Flio by DotFig, we take pride in delivering high-quality products designed and manufactured with care. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products (including game components, prototypes, and personalised designs) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Ready-to-Ship Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

  • Orders for custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation.

  • Orders for ready-to-ship products can be cancelled before dispatch.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
