Eligibility for Returns

Custom or Made-to-Order Products (including game components, prototypes, and personalised designs) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Ready-to-Ship Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations

Orders for custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation.
